I absolutely LOVE our Crock Pot Stuffing recipe. It is my favorite way to make stuffing. I also love ground breakfast sausage. So, I got to thinking….Amazing Stuffing Recipe plus delicious breakfast sausage MUST equal deliciousness! And boy was I right! You are gonna LOVE this!

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground mild breakfast sausage fried and drained
- 12 oz Stove Top Stuffing (2 - 6 oz packages)
- 3 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Instructions
Combine ingredients and cook on high for 2-4 hours, fluffing occasionally with a fork

What can be used in place of the cream of mushroom soup ?

We haven’t made this with anything else, but you could try it with cream of chicken, cream of celery or with our homemade cream soup substitute: https://www.recipesthatcrock.com/cream-soup-substitute-recipes/. Hope this helps!
